Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

I am going crazy with home-made ice cream lately and thankfully the results are amazing. We got some fresh strawberries from Baguio and instead of eating it fresh we decided to make a sweet cold treat.


2 cups fresh strawberries

1 cup confectionery sugar

1 cup cream cheese

2 tetra pack all-purpose cream

  1. Puree the strawberries.
  2. Add the sugar. Mix until dissolve
  3. Blend in the cream cheese
  4. add the all purpose cream
  5. Use a mixer to blend until it doubles it size
  6. Freeze for 3-5 hours
